Artificial Intelligence (40085-70)
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the dynamic field of artificial intelligence (AI).They learn how closely AI is tied to the development of the computer and advances in robotic applications.
Students examine the history of AI and an overview of how a computer works. They study an artificially intelligent robot and operate it with their computer. Students also learn about expert systems and the different kinds of AI.
