Cutaway views are not animated correctly in Windows® 95 and Windows® 98.
Full Description of the Problem:
In Windows® 95 and Windows® 98 it is possible that the cutaway views are not animated or are animated slowly and jerkily.
NOTE : Do not install this Product Fix if your cutaway views are animated correctly.
How to Fix:
Replace file LVSCALC.DLL in the following folder: \\Program Files\\Lab-Volt\\LVVL\\Calc. This file is available by downloading and running the self-extracting file PF1031.EXE

Drivers for the PCI network security device are missing on the CD-ROM.

Drivers for the PCI network security device are missing on the CD-ROM.
Full Description of the Problem:
The new network security device card uses a PCI expansion slot. The drivers required for this new card are not included on the CD-ROM.
How to Fix:
Download and run the self-extracting file PF1039.EXE. Refer to the user manual of the affected models to install the PCI drivers for the network security device.
Note: In the procedure given in the user manual, replace the path X:\\Hardlockpci by the folder where you saved the files extracted from file PF1039.EXE. (usually C:\\LABVOLT\\PF1039)

The software cannot find the security device.
Full Description of the Problem:
The security device drivers supplied with the Lab-Volt products mentioned above are not fully compatible with all version of Windows. As a result, the Lab-Volt software may not be able to access the security device.
How to Fix:
Download and save the file haspdinst.exe, start a command prompt window, go the the folder where the file haspdinst.exe is saved and type haspdinst -i to install the drivers. Note that you Administrator rights are required to install the drivers.

The Stopwatch application is not compatible with Windows® XP.

The Stopwatch application is not compatible with Windows® XP. The Stopwatch application is corrupted after installing/uninstalling any other LVSIM software.
Full Description of the Problem:
The Stopwatch application, included with software LVSIM-HYD and LVSIM-PNEU, is not compatible with Windows® XP. Furthermore, data associated with the Stopwatch application in the Windows Registry is corrupted when any other LVSIM software (e.g. LVSIM-DCOM) is installed to or removed from a the personal computer.
How to Fix:
Download and run the self-extracting executable file which will install a new Stopwatch application.

The Lab-Volt Virtual Laboratory (LVVL) application stops running shortly after it is started by a user that do not have administrator privileges.
How to Fix:
Replace the file LVVL.EXE in the folder where the LVSIM application has been installed. The default folder for all LVSIM applications is : C:\\Program Files\\Lab-Volt\\LVVL. The replacement file is available by downloading and running self-extracting file PF1054.EXE
