Food Science and Services

Food Science and Services focuses on today's industry standards within food production and its related services. Students taking this module are exposed to all aspects of the industry, including nutritional guidelines, hygiene practices and regulatory agencies. They examine the education and skills necessary to pursue careers in food science while gaining insight into some of the careers within this rapidly growing field. They also acquire valuable skills in food safety, menu planning, and food preparation while learning about other aspects of the industry, such as management and customer service.

This is cable television's Foodnetwork's official website. Recipes, cooking techniques and instructions, a glossary of cooking terms, thousands of recipes, network programming, and cooking items can all be found on this site.
