Electricity and Magnetism

Electricity and Magnetism introduces students to the principles of electricity. They learn basic safety rules, how to read an analog meter, and how to recognize series, parallel, and series-parallel circuits. Ohm’s Law is also introduced.

The students use the Lab-Volt Exploratory Electronics Laboratory to perform experiments and demonstrate basic electrical concepts, including three-way switching and magnetism.
