Full Description of the Problem:
The translation to Spanish of all the experiments intended for the LVPROSIM Process Control Trainer Simulator is incomplete.

How to Fix:
Replace the file LVPSE309.MDB in the folder where LVPROSIM has been installed. The default folder for LVPROSIM is : C:\\LVPROSIM. The replacement file is available by downloading and running self-extracting file PF1055.EXE

The software cannot find the security device.

Full Description of the Problem:
The security device drivers supplied with the Lab-Volt products mentioned above are not fully compatible with all version of Windows. As a result, the Lab-Volt software may not be able to access the security device.

How to Fix:
Download and run the self extracting files which will install new security device drivers that are compatible with all versions of Windows.

When the computer's OS is Windows 98, the LVPROSIM SW is unable to find the USB security device.

Brief Description of the Problem:
When the computer's operating systems is Windows 98, the LVPROSIM software is unable to find the USB security device.

How to Fix:
Download and run the self-extracting files which will install the USB driver for the security device and update the file required to communicate with the USB security device.

Once you installed product fix PF1052, you must make sure that the hardware configuration of the computer has been correctly updated. To do so, connect the USB security device to the computer and access the Device Manager in System Properties.

In the Device Manager, verify whether or not the item "Hardlock USB 1.02" appears under "Universal Serial Bus controllers". If so, the hardware configuration of the computer is correct. Otherwise, continue with the next step.

The item "Hardlock USB 1.02" probably appears under "Other devices" in the Device Manager. Delete this item under "Other devices". Disconnect the USB security device from the computer and reconnect it. The item "Hardlock USB 1.02" should now appear under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" in the Device Manager.
