Fiber Optic Communications (91025)
The objective of the Fiber Optic Communications Circuit Board and Course is to familiarize students with the Digital Transmitter, Digital Receiver, Analog Transmitter, Analog Receiver, and RS-232 Interface used in fiber optic communications.
The course provides comprehensive, hands-on instruction in the terminology, principles, and applications of fiber optic circuits. The students may take the course using the Windows™-based Tech-Lab® FACET ® System (network or stand-alone) or the non-computer FACET System.
