System Enhancements

Pneumatic Feeder Round Stock (5142)

The Pneumatic Feeder features a new compact design with quick disconnects that make it quicker to set up electrical connections, and easier to understand these connections. The feeder also has microswitch triggers to signal the pneumatic control box. This activates the feeder to push a block into the receiving port once the previous block has been removed. The Pneumatic Feeder is constructed of steel and is used with 3/4" cylindrical stock.

Rotary Carousel (5208)

Lab-Volt Automation rotary carousels demonstrate how parts can be transferred to and from the robot in a repetitive, rotational pattern. The 5208 Rotary Carousel is driven by a DC servo motor and has a closed-loop feedback system and a limit switch feedback for hard home capabilities. It can be used with any 5200 Series Robot.
Linear Slide (5209)

The linear slide provides a track on which the robot can move to perform programmed tasks. The slide is constructed of steel and connects to the rear of the robot controller.

Belt Conveyor (5118)

Used in material-handling experiments, the new and improved, Model 5118 belt conveyor can interface with the 5100 and 5200 Series Robots, or they can be used as stand-alone units.

The inputs on the 5118 Belt Conveyor enable remote control operation of the motor power, stepper motor clock signal, and the direction of the belt movement.

Belt Conveyor (5210)

Used in material handling experiments, the Lab-Volt belt conveyors can interface with the 5100 Series and 5200 Series Robots, or they can be used as stand-alone units.

The inputs on the 5210 Belt Conveyor enable remote control operation of the motor power, stepper motor clock signal, and the direction of the belt movement.

Gravity Feeder - Cylindrical (5121)

The Lab-Volt Automation 5121 Gravity Feeder is used in exercises that use rounded stock. The gravity feeder has sensor switches and feedback cables for connection to the 5100 or 5200 Robots. The 5121 Gravity Feeder feeds rounded stock to and from the 5100 and 5200 Robots.

Gravity Flat Feeder (5119)

The Lab-Volt Automation 5119 Gravity Feeder is used in exercises that require flat stock. The feeder has sensor switches and feedback cables for connection to the 5100 or 5200 Robots. The 5119 Gravity Feeder feeds flat stock to and from the 5100 and 5200 Robots.

Pneumatic Feeder Square Stock (5122)

The Pneumatic Feeder features a new compact design with quick disconnects that makes it quicker to set up electrical connections, and easier to understand these connections.

The feeder also has microswitch triggers to signal the pneumatic control box. This activates the feeder to push a block into the receiving port once the previous block has been removed. The Pneumatic Feeder is constructed of steel and is used with 2" x 2" x 1/2" stock.
